1. Acceptance
By using OptedOut360™, you agree to these Terms of Use and any policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity performed through your account. Organizations are responsible for appropriately assigning workspace roles.
3. Communication Preferences
OptedOut360 provides tools to record and communicate preferences for optional messages. Some transactional or legally required notices may still be sent when necessary to provide a service, protect an account, process a transaction, or satisfy an applicable obligation.
4. Company Responsibilities
Companies and application owners must honor user preferences, maintain accurate classifications of communications, and must not intentionally characterize advertising or marketing as required transactional communication.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, circumvent suppression controls, transmit malicious code, abuse integrations, or use the service to facilitate unlawful messaging practices.
6. Service Availability
Features may change and temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, third-party dependencies, or other operational reasons.
7. Intellectual Property
OptedOut360 branding, software, documentation and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws except where separate licenses apply.
8. Privacy
Use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Preference and consent records may be shared with connected applications when necessary to enforce the user's communication choices.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees that every third-party application will always remain available or correctly configured. Application operators remain responsible for their own communications and legal obligations.
10. Termination
Accounts or integrations may be suspended for security risks, prohibited conduct, misuse, or material violations of these terms.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated. Administrators can maintain versioned legal text and effective dates. Material changes should be communicated appropriately.
